thanks! it's easy. i searched flickr for summer themed pictures, and simultaneously opened the mosaic maker program link and pasted the picture addresses there. it does all the work--you just decide how many boxes you want and which pictures, save, and that's it. it even gives you the html copy so that you can properly attribute the pictures.
